Other Health Projects

JCSS has own 10-bed hospital with well-equipped operation theatre, labour room and trained staff at Shamsabad and provides RCH and MCH services. At this centre the counsellor counsels the clients about general health, hygiene, sanitation, family planning method, anti-natal care, post-natal care and immunisation to mothers and infants. The centre is accredited for sterilisation and IUD services.

Eye Care Project

Under eye care project Jan Chetna Netra Chikitsalay has been started in the supervision of senior eye surgeon Dr. S.P. Jindal. This eye care unit has latest equipment and instruments for providing better services under one roof.

Regular OPD is being done by Dr. B.M. Sharma. Senior citizens are getting benefits like refraction, day to day eye problems and cataract operations.

Integrated Counselling And Testing Centre

JCSS is running ICTC at Parmar Maternity and Surgical Home, Mohalla Tola, Shamsabad, Agra, and is accredited from UPSACS since 2010. Pregnant women, suspected TB patients, HRGs and general population are getting benefit from the centre.

The counsellor and lab technician of the centre actively create awareness among the people about HIV/AIDS and STI/RTI and also support in implementation of TI programme being run by the organisation.
