Hepatitis-B Vaccination Camps
Hepatitis-B vaccination camps were organised on hotspots in Agra city during 2023.
The first dose camps were organised on 23 and 24 January 2023, benefitting 527 members of high-risk group. These included 306 FSWs and 221 MSMs.
Next, the second dose camps were organised between 3 March 2023 and 5 April 2023, covering 522 HRG members, that included 306 FSWs and 205 MSMs.
Finally, the third dose camps were organised between 3 July 2023 and 27 July 2024. These camps benefited 477 HRG members, including 286 FSWS AND 191 MSMs.
Hepatitis B vaccination camps have been designed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to protect HRG members from Hepatitis-B virus infection.
